1. Introduction & acceptance
Attachment Warehouse operates from Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm, Sweden. We sell GORE and AWA branded attachments for excavators, loaders, and trucks across the European Union. By placing an order on attachmentwarehouse.eu, you accept these terms in full.
Attachment Warehouse is part of the Attachment Warehouse group, headquartered in Australia. European operations, stock, dispatch, and invoicing are handled from our Saltsjö-Boo warehouse only.
2. Definitions
- "Customer", "you" — the natural or legal person placing an order.
- "Attachment Warehouse", "we", "us" — Attachment Warehouse, Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm.
- "Order" — a confirmed purchase of one or more Products via the Site.
- "Product" — any attachment, spare part, or bundle listed for sale.
- "Site" — attachmentwarehouse.eu and its subdomains.
- "Business Day" — Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
3. Orders & pricing
Orders are placed through the Site and confirmed by email. A binding contract is formed when we send the order confirmation, not when you submit the cart.
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and may be displayed both excluding and including VAT. The cart and checkout always show the final price you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and to adjust prices for future orders. Prices on existing confirmed orders are locked.
4. Payment terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Card (Visa, Mastercard) processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
- Klarna — pay later, slice into instalments, or finance over 36 months. Subject to Klarna credit assessment.
- Bank transfer — for larger orders. Goods ship after funds clear.
- Net-30 invoice — available for verified procurement accounts only. Apply via credit@attachmentwarehouse.eu.
Late payment on Net-30 invoices accrues interest at the Swedish reference rate plus 8 percentage points, plus statutory reminder fees, in line with Räntelagen (1975:635).
5. Delivery
All orders ship from our Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm warehouse. Standard dispatch is within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation on Business Days. Typical delivery is 2 to 5 working days, depending on destination and carrier.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Inspect the goods on arrival. Note any visible transport damage on the carrier waybill before signing, then contact us within 7 days.
Free pickup is available from Saltsjö-Boo by appointment. Email info@attachmentwarehouse.eu to arrange a slot.
6. Returns & refunds
Consumers in the EU have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract under Directive 2011/83/EU and Swedish distance-selling law. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email info@attachmentwarehouse.eu within the 14-day window with your order number.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. The customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, to the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or modified to your specifications (custom buckets, custom hitch couplers, etc.).
Business buyers (B2B) are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal. B2B returns are handled case by case under our standard commercial terms.
7. Warranty
Attachment Warehouse-supplied attachments carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. The warranty covers structural failure, weld failure, and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear parts: cutting edges, teeth, bushings, pins, hoses, seals.
- Damage from abuse, overload, modification, or use outside the rated specification.
- Damage from poor maintenance, lack of greasing, or unauthorised repairs.
- Cosmetic wear (paint, decals).
To make a warranty claim, email info@attachmentwarehouse.eu with your order number, photos, and a description. We will review within 4 Business Days and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any single order is capped at the value of that order, except where mandatory law (including consumer protection law and liability for personal injury caused by negligence) prevents such a cap.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost contracts, downtime, or reputational damage.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, raw-material shortages, government action, or natural disasters. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
10. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, images, logos, layout, code) and the GORE and AWA marks are owned by Attachment Warehouse or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Commercial reuse, scraping, or republication is prohibited without written permission.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are settled by Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as court of first instance.
Consumer customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
